• Orders will be delivered to Canada Post within 24 hours of order placement.
• You can expect an email including your tracking information within 24 hours of order placement.
• The majority of orders traveling within Canada are received the same week.
• The majority of orders traveling outside of Canada are received within 2 weeks.
• Please note seasonal delays may impact shipping times.
• Your order will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Orders cannot be canceled and are only processed as they are received. 
• Any claims regarding the status/importation of a shipment must be made between the buyer and Canada post.
